Deal Reveal’s Privacy Policy

Deal Reveal is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (“Act”) and any applicable state or territory legislation that applies in relation to any Personal Information collected by Deal Reveal.
This document outlines Deal Reveal’s policy for the protection of Personal Information collected in accordance with the Act.

“Deal Reveal” refers to Deal Reveal Pty Ltd.

“Preferred Partner” refers to Deal Reveal’s Preferred Partners for the time being are set out on the Website and may change from time to time.
“Website” refers to Deal Reveal’s website, Deal Reveal.com.au.
How will Personal Information will be collected
Deal Reveal may collect Personal Information directly from you, including your name, address, contact number and email when you:

Your Personal Information may also be collected by Electricity Wizard’s from publicly available sources or third parties.

Deal Reveal’s use of Personal Information will be limited to:
answer your questions and to provide you with information regarding products and services of Deal Reveal and of our Preferred Partners;

monitor and record phone calls for the purposes of training and customer service;

Deal Reveal will not use or authorize the use of your Personal Information for any purpose other than as set out above or for any other purpose made known to you at the time of collection of your Personal Information.
Your Personal Information may be used for the purpose of direct marketing to keep you informed about a range of services which may be of interest to you.
If your phone number is registered on the “Do Not Call Register”, by providing Deal Reveal with your phone number, you provide ongoing consent to receiving phone calls from Deal Reveal and acknowledge and agree that such calls will not constitute unsolicited telemarketing calls under section 11 of the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
